Terms of Service

Your account

You are responsible for the users you add, the roles you give them and keeping their login details private. Each signature in the service, such as a step sign-off or a batch release, is made by the person logged in.

Trial and subscription

New accounts start with a 30-day free trial. After the trial, continued use needs a paid plan. Plans are priced per plant per month and billed monthly or annually as you choose. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.

Your responsibilities as a manufacturer

• You set the specifications, test limits, formulas and process steps used in your account, as per the standards and rules that apply to your products.
• Decisions to release, reject or recall a batch are made by your qualified staff. The service records those decisions but does not make them.
• Label text, product claims and regulatory submissions come from your approved product files and remain your responsibility.
• You are responsible for holding and renewing your licences. Reminders from Licence Desk are an aid, not a substitute for your own compliance process.

AI features

AI Batch Guardian flags results outside your limits, unusual yields, expiring lots and missing steps. Flags may be incomplete or occasionally wrong, so they must be reviewed by a person. The AI cannot release batches, approve lots, change results or write health or cure claims.

Your data

You own the data you enter. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to record false batch or test data, to misrepresent products to regulators or buyers, to break the law, or to try to access other customers' data.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available at all times and announce planned maintenance in advance. Support is available by email on all plans, with priority support on the Arishta plan.

Ending your subscription

You can cancel at any time. Monthly plans end at the close of the current month. Annual plans run to the end of the paid year, subject to the Refund Policy. We may suspend accounts that break these terms after giving notice where possible.

Limitation of liability

The service is a record-keeping and planning tool. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions about batch release, product quality or regulatory compliance, which remain with the manufacturer.
