Billing questions
Plain answers about plans.
What counts as a plant?
A plant is one manufacturing site with its own licence. A second site, even under the same company, is a second plant. Warehouses and depots that do not manufacture are included at no extra cost.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
You choose a plan and continue with all the data you entered during the trial. If you decide not to continue, your account is closed and you can export your data first.
Can we move between plans?
Yes. You can move up at any time and the difference is charged for the rest of the billing period. Moving down takes effect at the next renewal.
Is setup charged separately?
No. Data import of your herbs, suppliers and formulas is included in the Vati and Arishta plans. Churna includes templates and guided self-setup.
Do you charge per user?
No. Each plan includes a number of users per plant. If you need more, you can add users in blocks of five.
