Don't release yet
Lot AW-221 needs drying. The flag closes when a retest is within limit. Release stays with the QC head.
What it does
AI flags tests outside limits, yield drops, expiring lots and missing steps for the production and QC heads.
Test limits
Every result is checked against the specification you set. Results outside limits put the lot on hold and notify the QC head.
Yield watch
Each batch yield is compared with that formula's past batches. A drop gets a flag with the step where the loss most likely happened.
Expiry and retest
Herb lots, packing material and finished goods approaching expiry or retest dates are listed with enough notice to plan.
Missing steps
A batch record with an unsigned step, missing weighment or skipped in-process check is flagged before it reaches QC.
Plain explanations
Each flag says what was found, the limit or usual range, and who should look at it. No scores to decode.

AI only flags
AI Batch Guardian raises flags and explains them. It cannot release a batch, approve a lot, change a result or edit a formula.
Release is a person's decision
Batch release is always made by your QC head, signed with their own login.
Out-of-limit lots are held
A lot with any result outside your limits is placed on hold automatically and stays on hold until a person clears it with a passing retest.
Your data stays yours
Formulas, test results and batch records are encrypted, kept separate for each customer and never sold or shared.
