Know every root, leaf and bark before it reaches the grinder.
Herb Store keeps each raw herb as a lot with its supplier, collection area, harvest date and arrival tests. Stock is issued first-in, first-out, and a lot that has not cleared its tests cannot be issued to a batch.

What it does
Herb lots by supplier, origin, harvest date and arrival tests, with FIFO issue and expiry dates.
Lots, not just stock
Every receipt becomes a lot with its own number, supplier, invoice, collection area and harvest season. Stock reports always add up from lots.
Arrival testing
Moisture, foreign matter, total ash, acid-insoluble ash and identity checks are recorded against the lot on arrival, with the analyst's name.
Quarantine by default
New lots sit in quarantine until tests clear. Held and rejected lots stay visible but cannot be issued to production.
FIFO and expiry
Issue suggestions follow first-in, first-out, with retest dates and expiry dates watched for every lot.
Supplier and collector records
Keep supplier documents, collection areas and past test results so you can see which sources deliver dry, clean material.
Units that match the store
Buy in kg, quintal or bags, issue in grams. Conversions are kept per herb, so nothing is lost in rounding.

Receive
Gate entry, weighment and supplier invoice create a new lot in quarantine.

Sample and test
QC samples the lot and records arrival tests against your specification.

Clear or hold
Cleared lots move to approved stock. Lots outside limits are held, sent to drying or returned.

Issue
Production picks lots in FIFO order, and each issue is linked to the batch that used it.
