Refund Policy
Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial so you can run real batches before paying. This policy covers what happens after you subscribe.
Free trial
No payment is taken during the 30-day trial. If you do not subscribe, nothing is charged and your trial account is closed.
Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the current month. Payments already made for the current month are not refunded.
Annual plans
- If you cancel within 30 days of your first annual payment, we refund the full amount.
- After 30 days, annual plans are not refunded, but you keep full access until the end of the paid year.
- Renewals can be cancelled any time before the renewal date with no charge.
Moving between plans
Moving to a higher plan is charged for the remaining part of the billing period. Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal and does not create a refund for the current period.
Service problems
If a serious problem on our side stops you from using the service for an extended time, we will credit the affected period to your account.
How to ask for a refund
Write to us through the contact page with your company name and the email used on the account. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 working days.
