This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or use the service, how we use it, and how plant data such as formulas, batch records and test results is protected.
Information you give us
When you sign up or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company, role, plant location, product types, number of products, GMP status and current software. We use this to create your account, send your login details, prepare your demo and reply to you.
Plant data you enter in the service
Herb lots, supplier records, formulas, batch manufacturing records, QC results, certificates of analysis, licence details, distributor and invoice records are your data. We process them only to run the service for you.
- Your formulas and records are encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Each customer's data is kept logically separate from every other customer's data.
- For contract manufacturers, each client brand's formulas and records are kept separate inside your account.
- We never sell your data or share your formulas with anyone.
- We do not use your formulas or batch records to train AI models for other customers.
How AI uses your data
AI Batch Guardian reads your test results, weighments, yields and dates inside your account to raise flags for your team. It does not release batches, change results or write label text, and its output stays in your account.
Website usage
This website uses a session cookie for the form check that stops automated submissions. We do not use advertising cookies or sell visitor information.
Who can see your data
Only users you add to your account can see your plant data, according to the roles you give them. Our support staff can access your account only when you ask for help, and only for as long as needed. We use hosting and email providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
How long we keep data
Account and plant data is kept while your subscription is active. Batch and QC records are often needed for several years after expiry of a batch, so you decide how long they are kept within your account. If you close your account, you can export your data first, and we delete it within 90 days unless law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you. To do this, write to us through the contact page.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information in a meaningful way, we will tell account owners by email before the change takes effect.
