Stage 05 · The lab
QC Lab
Tests, certificates and release, signed by your QC head.
QC Lab keeps specifications for raw herbs, in-process samples and finished products. Analysts enter results, certificates of analysis are generated from them, and the QC head releases or rejects each batch.

All results within limits
Ready for the QC head's review. Release requires their signature.
What it does
Specifications, tests (identity, microbial, heavy metals), CoAs and batch release by the QC head.
Specifications
Set tests and limits for each herb, intermediate and finished product, based on the standards that apply to you.
Sampling
Record samples drawn from lots and batches, with quantities, retention samples and where they are stored.
Results entry
Analysts enter results against the specification. Calculations for assay and percentages are done for them.
External labs
Attach reports from outside labs for heavy metals, pesticide residue or aflatoxins, and link them to the batch.
Certificates of analysis
CoAs are generated from the recorded results in your format, ready to send to distributors and clients.
Release and reject
The QC head releases or rejects each batch with their own login. Only released stock can be dispatched.
How the work moves
Step by step, the way your team already works.
- 1
Sample
Samples are drawn from the batch and logged with retention quantity.
- 2
Test
Analysts and external labs record results against the specification.
- 3
Review
The QC head reviews results, flags and the batch record together.
- 4
Release
The QC head signs release. Stock moves from quarantine to saleable.

Product safety and responsible AI
The rules this module never bends.
Release is never automatic
No batch moves to saleable stock without the QC head's signed release, even when every result passes.
Limits are yours
Heavy metal, microbial and other limits are set by you as per the standards that apply to your products. Lots outside them are always held.
No claims written for you
Ayuranmol never writes health or cure claims. Label and CoA text comes from your approved product files.
Ready for release
There is space on this shelf for your next batch.
Bring one real formula and one real batch to the demo. We will set it up in front of you, from herb lot to labelled bottle, so you can judge Ayuranmol on your own plant's work.
